SVES Oilfield Supply Co., Ltd.'s Cement Slurry/Mud Fluid technology contributes to the rejuvenation of old wells.

After the plugging of Wells A and B, the heat-resistant ductile micro-expansion Cement Slurry/Mud Fluid system of SVES Oilfield Supply Co., Ltd. resulted in an average daily oil production of 3.8 tons per well. This is 153% higher than the average daily production of wells plugged through chemical squeezing or mechanical plugging.Mud Fluid

 Cement Slurry

The customer oilfield is the most abundant in heavy oil resources in China and is also the one that developed heavy oil earlier. Wells A and B were put into production in the early 1990s. After long-term hot injection mining, the cement ring was severely damaged, the sealing capacity decreased, top water was prevalently developed, the water content increased and the oil production declined during production, and some wells even had a water content of up to 100%. Previously, the effects of chemical extrusion or mechanical plugging were unsatisfactory.

The high-temperature resistant ductile micro-expansion Cement Slurry/Mud Fluid system is a high-temperature resistant elastomer and expansion agent utilized as the core treatment agent by SVES Oilfield Supply Co., Ltd. It possesses the characteristics of high-temperature resistance and micro-expansion, which can effectively address issues such as the significant strength decline of high-temperature sewage stone and the easy breakage of cement stone caused by the periodic thermal stress of injection and production. After plugging with the Cement Slurry/Mud Fluid system, the water content of the problem wells was significantly reduced, and the daily oil production was greatly increased.

The Cement Slurry/Mud Fluid system has not only achieved excellent results in the plugging market but also has been applied to over 100 wells in other shale gas markets annually, meeting the requirements of large-volume fracturing of shale gas in the late-stage development regarding the toughness of cement stone. Moreover, it has been applied to over 100 wells in the customer's gas storage, effectively resolving the problem of cement ring seal failure caused by the periodic injection and production pressure of gas storage and ensuring the safe operation of gas storage groups.
