High performance shale inhibitor R-03 EPMC

Product Description:

R-03, a highly effective shale inhibitor, is synthesized according to the target of molecular structure. This product can enter the clay layer, bind the clay layer together by electrostatic adsorption of protonated amine and hydrogen bond, and then reduce the crystal layer spacing of clay minerals in the shale and exert an inhibitory effect.

Can replace similar foreign products, cost-effective.

Scope of Application:

1. Shale has significant inhibitory effect, basically equal to that of foreign products;

2. It inhibits the grouting High performance shale inhibitor and expansion of clay in underground rock strata, but has little influence on the rheological properties of bentonite slurry that has been grouted, which is convenient for application;

3. After the optimization of synthesis, the price of polyamines is significantly lower than that of similar polyamines;

4. Good compatibility with other drilling fluid additives.

Usage and dosage:

Use add quantity is little, recommend add quantity 0.5%-1%.
