Gate Valve

The API 6A slab gate valve is designed in accordance with the API 6A standard. The valve body and bonnet feature metal-to-metal sealing, enhancing the sealing performance. A reverse sealing mechanism is provided between the valve stem and bonnet to facilitate the replacement of stem sealing packing under pressure. The valve body is made of alloy steel, with a non-perforated design and no external leakage. The sealing surface is hard-faced with alloy, providing corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and wear resistance. The valve body gasket groove can be built up with austenitic stainless steel as per user requirements, enhancing corrosion resistance and extending the service life. The spring pre-load force on the gate and seat enables bidirectional sealing. It is equipped with an open/close indication device, displaying the valve's open/close status with low operating torque.
