Product Description:
Organic bentonite is a natural high-quality calcium bentonite as raw material, after purification, modification, long chain organic cation covering and other processes refined.Due to its hydrophobic oleophilic characteristics, which can be dispersed in oil, forming thixotropic gels, its role and, similar to bentonite in water base drilling fluid has good anti-settling, thickening and reduced water loss, and so on, the solvent polarity to adapt to the range and suitable temperature range wide, various kinds of oil-base drilling completion fluid can be added directly, usually added amount of 2% to 5%.
Can replace similar foreign products, cost-effective.
Scope of application:
(1) in the oil, has a good anti-sink, thickening and water loss and so on;
(2) with excellent thermal stability, resistance to temperature of 200 ℃ or above, can be used in the ultra deep well.
(3) strong ability to resist pollution;Suitable for drilling salt layer, salt-paste layer and other complex strata;
(4) non-toxic, conducive to environmental protection;
(5) good compatibility with treating agent.
