2 Structural characteristics

The pipeline ball valve that can be maintained online on the pipeline is a new product designed to solve the online maintenance, reduce the valve maintenance cost and reduce the maintenance time. When the rubber seal is damaged and leaks, there is no need to remove the valve from the pipeline. It can be maintained online through its unique maintenance flange, or the ball can be rotated 180° through the actuator, that is, the position of the rubber seal of the upstream and downstream is exchanged, and the sealing performance of the valve can be restored. The online maintenance pipeline ball valve is mainly composed of connecting body, valve body, upper valve stem, lower valve stem, ball and sealing device. The sealing device consists of a detachable rubber seal fixed on the ball and a floating metal seal located in the valve body seal seat. The valve body is designed with a maintenance hole with a diameter larger than the rubber seal. The center line of the maintenance hole and the center line of the valve body flow channel are in the same horizontal plane, and are at a 90° angle. This structural design provides the possibility for online maintenance. The valve is controlled by an electric actuator and a pipeline intelligent diagnosis system.

3 Special functions

3.1Double seal

The online maintenance pipeline valve adopts a floating valve seat ball valve, which is spring-loaded. In the closed position, the valve seat and the ball body are embedded with a polymer material sealing surface suitable for different pressure levels, ensuring that the seal is bubble-free under both high and low pressure differences.

Double block and bleed

The online maintenance pipeline ball valve adopts the double block and bleed DBB function, and a drain valve is installed on the valve body. When both ends of the valve are closed, the accumulated material in the valve cavity can be discharged through the drain valve of the valve body.

3.2Online maintenance

3.3Remove dirt
