1. This Drilling Spool is made of high quality low carbon alloy steel after heat treatment, suitable for high pressure oil and gas Wells with wellhead pressure not exceeding 35Mpa; Before leaving the factory, it shall be inspected according to SY/T5053.1-2000 blowout preventer and control device and blowout preventer to ensure the user's safety within the working range.

2. The Drilling Spool is suitable for use in the drilling process of high-pressure oil and gas Wells. The side orifice of the drilling spool is connected with the corresponding valves and pipelines for blowout and throttling operations, and also plays the role of connecting the blowout and wellhead.

Installation and use

It is used in connection with BOP group and casing.

Before installation, the steel groove and other parts should be cleaned.

Tighten the connection bolts between the drilling spool and the BOP with even force.

Drilling spool has two main functions, one is easy to connect the well control manifold; The second is to protect the blowout preventer and extend its service life

Also Suitable for high-pressure oil (gas) well drilling operations, four-way side connected with the corresponding valves and pipelines can be used for blowout and throttling operations. It also acts as a connection between the BOP and the casing head.
