In multiple oilfield operation areas, the technical team has devoted themselves to the site with a fighting attitude of "starting and sprinting", especially in the conventional heavy oil blocks where the pumping units are managed in clusters. Engineers have strengthened the dynamic monitoring system of the pumping units, analyzed the operating parameters of the pumping units one by one, and formulated a "single well potential-equipment optimization" linkage plan. For the 78 beam pumping unitsPumping Unit in the block, the technicians have established a "daily tracking and weekly comparison" mechanism, and improved the pump efficiency by adjusting the stroke and stroke frequency, so that the efficiency of the pumping unit system has increased by an average of 2.3 percentage points.

In the transformation and upgrading of the thin oil blocks, the deployment of pumping unit equipment has become a key grasper. In the face of the 10 low-pressure self-flowing horizontal wells that will be put into production in 2024, the technical team innovatively adopted the "step-by-step pumping" strategy: first, the pumping unit pumping operation was prioritized for the three wells with wellhead pressures below 3MPa and daily production of less than 8 tons, and remote control was achieved by installing intelligent beamless pumping units; secondly, the "pre-set" pumping unit base was constructed for the medium-parameter well group to ensure that the equipment was put into operation within 24 hours when the pressure dropped to the critical value. At present, 5 new pumping units have been installed and debugged, and the annual oil production is expected to reach 12,000 tons.
