The basic working principle of diesel engine is: 1, intake stroke: crankshaft rotation, exhaust valve closed intake valve open, piston in the top dead center down, cylinder content volume increases pressure decreases, air through the intake valve is sucked into the cylinder until the piston moves down to the bottom dead center; 2, compression stroke: the crankshaft continues to rotate, the piston moves from the bottom dead center to the top dead center, forming a closed volume in the cylinder, with the upward movement of the piston, the pressure and temperature continue to rise; 3, work stroke: diesel oil through the high-pressure fuel injection pump and injection nozzle is mixed with air in a fog, forming a combustible mixture, injected into the cylinder with high pressure and high temperature gas, combustion and release heat; 4. Exhaust stroke: The rotating crankshaft drives the connecting rod piston to move from bottom dead center to top dead center, and under the push of the piston, the working exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust valve.
