SVES has a shipment process management regulation. After receiving the customer's production order, the salesperson places an order with the clerk of the Marketing Department. 

After the clerk of the Marketing Department receives the order, the person in charge of the business will review it. 

If the person in charge of the salesperson is not in the office, the clerk will notify him by phone, and he will sign again after come back. After reviewing, the Production Order will be passed to the factory. After the production is completed, the factory will submit the detailed packing list to the Logistics Department for shipment preparation, Check the completion photos and obtain a certificate of conformity before shipment. 

When shipping, it is necessary to use export standard packaging suitable for sea and air transportation, such as neutral cardboard boxes and plywood wooden boxes. For solid wood packaging, fumigation marks must be carried.
