What are the main power equipment used for oilfield well workover?

During oilfield well workover operations, special equipment must be used to lift, lower, salvage and grind several thousand meters of oil pipes. Commonly used power equipment for well workover operations include various types of well-drilling rig suitable for minor repair operations, such as XT-12 and AT-10; and various types of domestic and imported well-drilling machines specially used for major workover operations, due to the different equipment, this is also an important sign to distinguish between major workover teams and minor workover teams.

(1) Oil Well drilling rigOil Well drilling rig machine: The well-drilling machine is mainly composed of three parts: engine, well-drilling machine chassis and well-drilling device. The well-drilling device is the main device for lifting and lowering oil pipes during well workover operations. Its structure consists of a drum body with a wire rope wound around it, a drum gearbox for adjusting the lifting and lowering speed, and a brake device and drum clutch that can keep the oil pipe at any position. Among them, the XT-12 well-drilling machine is a commonly used machine in various oil fields. The drum traction force is 114640N and its speed is 39.4 rpm. The operating depth of the XT-12 and AT-10 well-drilling machines is 4,000 meters. Special attention should be paid to safety when operating the well-drilling machine. When drilling, care should be taken to prevent the traveling block from hitting the crown block; when drilling, drill stop accidents should be prevented, and the speed of lowering heavy objects should not exceed 2 meters per second.

(2) Well workover rigWorkover Rig : Well workover rig is the main equipment of the overhaul operation team, generally worth several million yuan. The basic structure consists of four parts: the main vehicle, the drilling and repair platform, the winch, and the derrick. The main vehicle is actually a high-power diesel car, which not only serves as a transportation function but also provides power for well-drilling. Well-drilling machines manufactured in different countries and regions have very different performances. The main parameters of the imported ADIC 4685 workover rig are listed as follows:
