1.Skid Mounted Drilling Rig

The masts and substructures of the drilling rigs are divided into double elevating type, once-raised type, continuous lifting type, bootstrap type, telescopic type, vertical lifting type, box on box type and derrick type, for option of users.The drawworks can be conventional chain transmission drawworks, or advanced gear transmission drawworks. The auto driller is also for option.

Full digital electrical control system of the drilling rigs has DC and VFD types, any of which can realize the dynamic braking with full torque. The advanced data communication system can realize the remote monitoring function, to improve the efficiency of drilling monitoring and after-sale services.

The drilling rigs are designed and manufactured as API specifications, and the entire design meet the HSE requirements.

2. Trailer Mounted Drilling Rig

The Drilling Rig is divided into three moving units: the drilling rig, mud pump devices, and the power system. Each unit can be moved by motor tractors through the matching trailer mounted unit. Thus, greatly saving the costs of manpower, materials, and time.

· It integrates the rig mast, substructure, drawworks, BOP remote control cabinet, hydraulic station and electric rope guide machine into one trailer, which is a new generation design of fast moving rig in China with features of reducing trailer module, high integration and high-effective rig moving time.

· The generator set, VFD room, mud pump set and diesel tank can be moved with little dissemble work, which is significant to reduces the operation time of disassembly, assembly and transportation between well sites. · Various types (horsepower) of rig trailer can be customized to realize the moving of mast and substructure indepently, as well as the rig main body moving with mast rig up.

3.Truck Mounted Drilling Rig

Product Features

· Power system utilizes international famous engines and hydraulic transmission boxes.

· Chassis driven via power take-off box from truck engine, adopting excellent off-road heavy-duty wide axle, low section tires, high strength beams, hydraulic steering gear, dual brake system. It can adapt to complicated oilfield conditions with longer service life.

· The mast is front-open and two-section telescopic front-inclined type, which is hydraulic lifted and telescopied; It adopts common ground-anchored guylines or self-guylines.

· The rig is designed and manufactured in compliance with HSE regulations and API specifications.

· The main drum is Lebus grooved. The main brake utilizes band brake or hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake utilizes pneumatic water-cooling disc brake. The bailing drum can be equipped optionally.

· The drill floor is two-part telescopic type or adopts parallelogram structure, which is easy for transportation and lifting. The floor size and height can be designed as customers' requirements.

4.workover Rig

Product Features:

• The mast is front-open and two-section telescopic front-inclined type, which is hydraulic lifted and telescopied; It adopts common ground-anchored guylines or self-guylines.

• Centralized control of electric, gas and hydraulic systems, easy to operate; The main parts and components utilizes international famous brand products with good reliability.

• Workover rig equipped with reasonable power supply, high transmission efficiency, high reliability, compact structure and high degree of containerization;

• The main drum is Lebus grooved. The main brake utilizes band brake or hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake utilizes pneumatic water-cooling disc brake. The bailing drum can be equipped optionally.

(2) SFYC450 Type or above:

Features:

(A)The water and gas dual-purpose multi-function drilling rig can use mud drilling or air compressor for drilling.

(B)Equipped with large lifting force hydraulic main hoist, stepless speed regulation hoisting, which can realize fast rope release. When lifting heavy objects, move slowly so as not to damage the rig turntable and wellhead plate during the lifting process. When lowering a single drill pipe, operating the quick release handle can achieve the same rapid lowering as a mechanical crane.

(C)The hydraulic tool hoist has the characteristics of large lifting force and fast lifting speed, which is convenient for the loading and transportation of tools, drill pipes, accessories, etc. It can also slide up and down with the help of ground anchors during drilling, so it is very convenient to load and unload the drill pipe 

(D)The drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary rod unloading cylinder, which is used to push the ratchet teeth of the turntable, remove the first thread of the drill rod joint, and then reverse the unloading rod to the turntable to prevent the impact force from damaging the rig gearbox.

(E)The rig is equipped with 4 hydraulic outriggers and 2 mechanical outriggers. The piston rod of each hydraulic outrigger cylinder is threaded and fitted with a lock nut. After the rig is leveled, the cylinder can be locked with the lock nut. This way, even if the cylinder blows out, the chassis doesn't become unstable.

(F)The drilling method of the drilling rig adopts advanced hydraulic cylinder feeding design, stepless speed regulation and lifting, and automatic drilling technology can be realized when drilling. It automatically pressurizes the hole under the weight of the drill pipe. The drilling speed can be adjusted according to different geological conditions.
