Sucker Rod Rotator
The sucker rod rotator reduces production costs and extends the life of the production sucker rod by rotating the sucker rod to achieve uniform wear of the sucker rod circumference. The rotator is located above the rope hanger and becomes a part of the rope hanger. The sucker rod is fixed inside the rotor of the sucker rod rotator with a square clamp. The sucker rod rotor is designed for a rod pump system.
It is designed and commissioning according to API 6A specifications.
The ratchet bearing housing is designed with an grease nozzle on the outside, making it convenient to add lubricating oil for maintenance.
