1.Logging Grease Injection Control Head
By injecting high-pressure high-viscosity sealing grease to accomplish the static and dynamic seal the cable wellhead.
A grease injection hole, a grease return hole, a gland hydraulic control hole and an overflow hole are arranged on the wireline grease injection control head, and six choke tubes are mounted in the main body. High-pressure high-viscosity sealing grease is injected in the clearance between the inner wall of the choke tube and cables through the lower grease injection hole, sealing grease is also filled in the clearance between the outer layer of the cable and a steel-wire armored layer. Since the clearance between the cable and the inner wall of the choke tube is very small, and the viscosity of sealing grease is very high, this can play the function of effectively sealing pressure fluid flow in wells or preventing air current from flowing upside. When high pressure sealing grease reaches the upper grease return hole through the clearance between the inner wall of a longer choke tube and a cable, the loss of resistance force leads the pressure of sealing grease to be zero almost, and the grease return hole plays the function of making sealing grease flow back and return.

2. Hydraulic control tool catcher
The hydraulic control tool catcher is a safety device, which is mounted on the lower portion of the seal head and on the upper portion of the lubricator string, it is mainly used for automatically grasping rope socket when tools are connected underground and are lifted to the top end of the lubricator, thereby effectively preventing cables from falling off the cable head or instruments drop in wells when the cable is broken when the cable head is impacted on the top end of the BOP because of very fast pulling speed or over big pull force. When a cable rope socket is released, the hydraulic control and grease injection pressure control system is used for pressurizing (operation pressure is no larger than 21MPa) to lead hydraulic force to push the piston in the catcher, the piston drives a robotic gripper which is opened, and then, the rope socket can be automatically released. When the cable rope socket is released, the hydraulic control system is used for pressurizing (maximum hydraulic control pressure should be no larger than 21 Mpa.) to lead hydraulic force to push the piston in the catcher, the piston drives the robotic gripper to go upwards, the robotic gripper is braced up by the core sleeve, and then the rope socket can be released. The upper portion of the tool catcher is also provided with a ball valve device, which is also served as the blocking ball valve on the lower portion of the seal head.
The hydraulic control tool catcher is a safety device, which installed between the grease injection head and the lubricator, is mainly composed of the choke flow ball valve, body case, core retainer plate, piston, mechanical gripper, joints, hydraulic port and union nut and so on。

3. Compact Wireline Valve, Hydraulic Wireline Ram BOP
The BOP is used for sealing the wellhead to prevent well blowout accidents in logging operation when there are accidents and there are cables in the well. The BOP has simple structure, convenient application and maintenance, small volume, light weight, high pressure bearing, hydraulic remote control and simple and reliable operation.
The BOP is mainly composed of main casing, and ram assembly piston, hydraulic cylinder, lead screw, end cap, hand wheel and other spare parts, which are moving in the main casing in opposite direction. When the well needs to be sealed, the hydraulic control and grease injection pressure control system is pressurized to push the piston, thereby leading the two ram bodies to move towards the center of the well bore, and well sealing can be achieved through the associative action of the front rubber sealing element and the top sealing rubber. The ram can be locked on the shut-in position through clockwise rotating the locking hand wheel. What be specially noticed is that before the well is opened, the locking hand wheel must be anticlockwise rotated, the hydraulic control system can be used for pressurizing after the hand wheel is totally receded to the initial position, the piston is hydraulically pushed to led the two rams to rearwards move, and then, the well can be opened. It should be guaranteed to open the full i.d. to prevent the instruments and the ram from colliding when the well is opened.
A grease injection hole is increased between the rams on two sides of the BOP. When the cable is sealed, there is a groove formed by steel wire spiral on the outer side of the cable because of the structure of the cable itself, if rubber pieces are directly used for sealing, the sealing effect is imperfect commonly, and minor leakage generated along the cable can be blocked through injecting high-pressure and high-viscosity sealing grease between the rams on two sides.

3.Logging WPCE Lubricator
The lubricator supplies a pressure buffer area for the tool strings which are fed to wells and a transition area for instruments to pass through, and the lubricators can be connected in series to use according to field requirements.The total connection length of the lubricator has a relationship with the maximum length of the instrument strings, usually greater than the total length of the work instrument strings and leave allowance, the ID selection principle of lubricator is greater than the maximum OD of the instrument strings and leave allowance. The single length determined by convenient for the site operation, there are 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m and so on various of specifications to chose.

4.Hydraulic & Manual Tool Trap
The tool trap is mainly used for preventing instruments from falling into the well because the cable is accidently stretched breaking or released after the instrument sting is lifted to the lubricator from the well. The tool trap is normally closed when it is stopped and is put into the well to work. When the whole set of the BOP is connected on the wellhead to work, firstly open the valve on the wellhead to make well liquid enter the lubricator, after the liquid is stable and the instrument string is uplifted for a certain distance, make the instruments leave off the shifting fork of the tool trap. The hydraulic control system is pressurized to lead the piston to push the operation arm to rotate along the rotary shaft, which leads the shifting fork mounted on the rotary shaft to be erected vertically, and then the shifting fork is totally opened, thereby opening the i.d. to put the instruments into the well. At this time, the cable is released down, the instrument string in the lubricator will enter the well successfully. After the instruments pass through the tool trap, hydraulic control pressure is not released, is automatically reset to the horizontal position by spring force. After the instrument string passes through the trap, if pressure for controlling the trap in the hydraulic control and grease injection pressure control system is released, the shifting fork will be automatically reset to the original horizontal position, namely the shifting fork is closed. When the instrument strip is upwards lifted, after the instrument strip is lifted to the tool trap from the well, the rope socket for connecting the instrument string will jack the shifting fork and enter the lubricator, when the instrument string is upwards lifted to leave the tool trap, the shifting fork will be automatically reset to the horizontal status, thereby preventing instruments from falling into well after the cable is stretched breaking accidently or released.
When the tool strings pulled up and forced open the shift fork which in the state of level in the tool trap and after enter into the lubricator, the shift fork reset to level state automatically, block the tool strings inside the lubricator, to prevent accidentally fall into well.

During perforation and fracturing operation of the horizontal well, the major function of the wireline pressure control equipment is the fracturing truck hydraulically pumping the perforating gun and the bridge plug into the downhole horizontal segment pre-calculated position after perforation don't blow off,upward pull the wireline and perforating gun, after complete one section, change gun and shot, under pressure running in a new horizontal segment again, in such a continuous perforation but don't blow off cyclic process, dynamic and static to seal the wellhead, control the wellhead pressure, providing pressure buffer zone and transition area to the bridge plug and the perforating gun string. At the same time, it can make sure the wellhead is closed when there are accidental conditions on the wellhead during operation, thereby preventing gas blowout accidents.
