Frac Head
Whether it’s ball drop, plug and perf, coil fracing, or conventional fracing, we can build any configuration frac head to accommodate a customer’s needs. Wide variety of frac heads, up to 7 1/16” in size and for pressures up to 15,000 psi. All frac head equipment is maintained and certified to API standards. We offers many different configurations, using manual and or hydraulic valves, depending on customer’s specific requirements.
For sour gas service, the frac head is assembled with stainless steel ring gaskets to withstand the damaging effects of both hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and carbon dioxide (CO2) gases. In addition, unlike units produced from castings and molds, the frac head is machined from solid stock, making it more durable and safer for high-pressure service.
The frac head is available in nominal size from 2-/2" to 7.00" with working pressure ranging from 5,000 psi to 15,000 psi for STD and H2S services. To facilitate more efficient fluid flow, the frac head is designed to give frac companies access to at least four inlets configured at 35° angles. In addition, full bore inlets allows for unrestricted pump rates.
