From the production perspective, carbon seamless pipe can be divided into 2 categories: hot rolled seamless pipe and cold rolled seamless pipe.
Carbon seamless pipe can be round, square, rectangular or any other cross-section type.
Diameter size: 1/2inch to 32inch; DN15 to DN800; 21.3mm to 813mm
Wall thickness: SCH 40 to SCH 160; 2.77mm to 50mm.
Length of pipe: 5.8m/6m, 11.8m/12m, random length or as customer’s require.
Standard: GB/T8162/8163/3087, ASME B36 10, ASTM A106/A53, API 5L/5CT
Steel grade: 20#,45#, 16Mn, GRB, Q345B, X42-56, ST44, ST52, A500
End: plain end, beveled, protected with caps.
Surface painting: black painting, anti-corrosion oil, galvanized or as required by customer.
Application: Petroleum, oil, gas, water, shipbuilding, large constructions, machinery, power plant etc.

Length of pipe: SRL, DRL, 6-12m or as customer’s require.
Standard: API 5L, ASTM A335/A213 etc.
Steel grade: A335 P1, 4140, Chrome Moly etc.
End: plain end, protected with caps.
Surface painting: painted, galvanized or PE coated.
