Non Rotating Float Collar and Float Shoe
The Non rotation Float Collar is run in a casing assembly, usually several joints above the Float Shoe.
It serves as an extra back pressure valve sealing against pressures from blow while running the assembly and after the cementing job.
Internal latch and valve are readily drillable. Its capability of back-pressure is over 25MPa.

Non-rotating Float shoe attaches to the end of the casing string.Non-Rotating Float Collar attaches to one or two casing joints above Float Shoe and they are use to stop slurry from flowing back.
Non-rotating insert helps to engage the connecting plugs in it and locks the rotation when PDC drill bit is used.
In all applications ranging from close tolerance liners to full casing strings.
Float Collar Float & Shoe serves as the backbone of casing equipment used during primary cementing operations.It guides the casing to total depth and prevents contaminated mud from entering the casing. Also it provides a landing point for casing wiper plugs, reinforces the lower end of the casing string, and ensures greater accuracy of cement slurry displacement.

Casing float collar is mainly composed of spoiler, floating ball, the shell and the basket four parts. Casing float shoe is mainly composed of the spoilers, float,housing, guide shoe and basket five parts:spoiler center hole and float with the cone, can reverse the sealing fluid; then basket for supporting the float, circulating wash well.
Adjust the drilling fluid properties, cementing job, the casket supporting float, float collar in the conduction state, the fluid can freely pass:After the injection casing and cementing operations,float collar reverse pressure, float and spoiler with sealing surface can prevent fliud backflow, play reverse seal.
