Density: 1.5-1.8g/cm3
It can be dissolved in water containing electrolyte and not in oil medium, in which the dissolution rate is related to the temperature used and the structural characteristics of the application. The specific gravity is 1.5g/cm3-1.8g/cm3 and the maximum operating temperature is 200℃ and it is suitable for water and gas wells.
In 3% potassium chloride aqueous solution, it is 63.5 mm before dissolution when the water temperature is at 50 degrees and reduced to 50 mm, 35mm after 48 and 96 hours. If the temperature becomes higher, the reaction speed will be faster. When fracturing, the ball surface is coated with a temperature control film of 0.05 mm thickness. The water temperature in the fracturing process does not react at 40 degrees. With the increase of well temperature after fracturing, the dissolution speed of the ball will be gradually accelerated. The multiple experimental pressure of the sphere is 70 MPa, indicating it can meet the needs of multi-stage fracturing in oilfields.
